Engr. Esolee is a dynamic and safety-oriented Production Engineer (Supervisor) who provides the obligatory deliverables required for ensuring a safe production processes in order to meet product quality specifications. He has an extensive professional experience in the Petrochemical industry, having worked in various capacities for over twelve years on zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) record i n a 270KTA Capacity Polyethylene Plant (SCLAIRTECH™ Technology from NOVA) and a 22KTA Capacity Butene-1 (Co-Monomer) Plant, both owned by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), operated by Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited (IEPL). He contributed to the successful implementation of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) comprising of the latest QMS, EMS and OHSAS standards. He is commitment to organizational growth through strict compliance to SOPs, process safety requirements and estimable work ethic.

He joined Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited as On-The-Job Trainee (OJT) in 2008 and rose through the ranks to become Production Engineer (Field Operations) in 2016. His duties and responsibilities included ensuring the implementation of day-to-day plant equipment & production monitoring program and providing shift reports to the Operation Manager for the tracking of daily production figures and actualization of production targets in a safe operating environment and at optimum operating cost.
